Chesapeake just sold this building to 63 Grand LLC.

The PO Box listed as the mailing address for that entity in the County Assessor system is the same as the one on Bank of Oklahoma Plaza, which is owned by Rainey Williams.


Should be noted that Chesapeake is selling these properties in a very private way. None of them are officially listed with a broker -- at least anywhere you can find them -- and they completely dissolved Chesapeake Land Company and there is no point person to contact if you are interested in purchasing.

It seems they are putting the word out to only small groups of people, and all the sales thus far have been to people connected to Chesapeake in some way.
