Lincoln Area Chickasaw North Lincoln Center

The Chickasaws continue to invest heavily in OKC.

Just wrapping up a $5 million renovation in the rapidly redeveloping Lincoln corridor.

    County Assessor Record

The North Lincoln Center is located at 4001 N Lincoln Boulevard in Oklahoma City. Originally constructed for the Oklahoma State Department of Labor in 1971, the 4-story (includes a partial basement), 28,000 s.f. building was obtained by the Chickasaw Nation and has undergone a complete exterior and interior renovation.

The 4th floor houses a regional office for the Chickasaw Nation Governor, including an executive board room and overnight suite.

The 2nd floor houses administrative space for the Chickasaw Nation’s Family Youth Services, Social Services and Communications departments. A video recording studio is located on the 2nd floor.

The 3rd floor houses government relations offices and conferencing. The 1st floor is shell space to accommodate future agencies of the Chickasaw Nation or leased to outside tenants.

I'm a Chickasaw, and my parents who are in their 70's were complaining about it being on Lincoln. I told them that it is not the place it used to be, but they did not believe me.

Yes, they pulled down most the old run-down motels north of the capitol and now things have started to be renovated and built back.

Slow but surely, it's coming along.

N Lincoln could be amazing. The amount of develop-able land along the corridor is incredible... I just hope it gets done well.

Lincoln Plaza coming back to life will really help. That's been an ugly, dead hole for a long time.

I really like the Old Surety Life Building on 50th and there are a bunch of new projects all along this corridor.

Still need more, but it's a good start.
