County Assessor shows Post 15 LLC is the owner. Probably an office or strip shopping center. I noticed many of the old Blockbusters are being redeveloped as strip shopping centers, offices and retail stores. It's a 6,500 square foot building so it would work great for a medium sized business or three small shops.

I talked to one of the workers at the site, and they said it will be a Marcos pizza. I believe it is a national chain.

Part of it has been leased to a Marco's Pizza. There are 2 other spots left for lease.

The owners did great job remodeling the exterior of the property. It no longer looks like an old Blockbuster

Thanks for the info. I thought the whole building would be Marcos. I didn't figure it was big enough for three businesses.
