No... The one to be demolished is just east of the new Central Park; 523 S. Robinson.

There should really be two different and obviously-titled threads; one for the threatened (original) building in the proposed C2S park area, and this thread for the building on Sheridan in Film Row. It is apparent that this is confusing even for people who know downtown well due to the repeated postings in this thread about the other building.
