Suggestion for giving away Toby Keith tix?

I've got a pair of Toby Keith tix I won't be using for the concert Saturday.

I'd like to give them to an organization that would get them into the hands of either a tornado victim or first responder.

Any suggestions on who I could give them to that would accomplish that?

She's not an organization, but my lovely could put tickets into the hands of a Plaza Towers teacher. The ladies became fast friends last year and now share a passion for teaching cake decorating classes. If her friend isn't free to go, she'd know others from the school.
