Food Trucks in Bricktown?

My family and I go to Bricktown a few times a month for different events. I just realized I have never seen a food truck in Bricktown.

There is pretty good walking traffic on event nights and I would figure this would attract someone. Am I missing it?

There are a couple of hot dog carts that setup in Bricktown.

I have to wonder if parking, and for some trucks electricity, aren't the issues for Bricktown. I know several of them setup West of the arena for basketball games.
