Salmon patties

Has anyone ran across a restaurant in OKC metro that has Salmon patties on the menu? Thanks in advance!

You just take an egg, some cracker crumbs and a can of salmon and mix it all up in a bowl then form into patties and toss them in the skillet. What's so hard about that? Easier than cooking breakfast.

Mimi's (on Memorial) used to have them. I think they still have them but just on the appetizer section now.

I'd consider myself a pretty good cook and can make myself almost anything. With that said, I like dining out. Every now and then I find a place that makes something better or different than I do too.

Also, Rimson came from a typo and I thought it was unimportant and didn't try to recreate an account.
