When did Epperson Photo become Bedford Photo?

Saw some ads for new employs of the 'formerly Epperson Photo' - Went to http://www.eppersonphoto.com and it redirects to a Bedford Photo website.

Don't know the date, but yes, it's a recent sale. Epperson retired and sold.
