07/10/2012 SW OKC Funnel Cloud?

I just stumbled across this on YouTube and was wondering... is this a real funnel cloud? I had not heard that we had anything like this going on in OKC today. The comments say that this took place today in SW OKC and that the siren heard in the background was that of a nearby golf course.

No, it's just normal low hanging clouds from a thunder storm. There's no rotation at all.

Yeah LJ called it. No motion with the clouds at all...just low hanging garbage.
