Sycamore Square was developed in the early 80's as a 118-unit for-sale condominium complex.

However, after poor sales, the southern section was purchased in it's entirety and is now operated as Sycamore Square Apartments.

The north section is still individually-owned condos and are completely separate from the apartments to the south.

don't know what the division is in terms of number ... but i know that half of SS is for sale condos .. the other have is rentals

boulder, they are completely separate and I have separate articles for each.

The south portion is owned by an investor and operated as an apartment complex.

The north section is all condos with individual owners.
