RR Crossing over Memorial Road, west of Broadway Extension

Sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere, but does anyone know why Memorial Road has been closed immediately east and west of the railroad tracks? It's been shut down all week...I'm hoping they are smoothing out the crossing. It's always been quite a rough place to cross over the tracks.

It appears to be a BNSF project to replace the crossing. The City didn't issue a press release, probably because BNSF didn't inform the City about it.

I saw track and equipment staged nearby last weekend and wondered if BNSF was about to upgrade...
