Question On old Santa Fe Location

Someone posted this I belive but can not recall what was said about it. Does anyone know what is being built on the west side of I-35 in the old Sante Fe Steakhouse location?

Seriously though, I hope they do well, if only because I never want it to be difficult to become difficult to get a burrito in this town..
