Carna Adovada Burritos?

Does anyone know of a place in OKC metro to find Carne Adovada Burritos? It is more of a southwest (New Mexican) type dish, but wondering if they have been found here?

I'd like to know the answer to this too? I love carne adovada. I'm only aware of one place that serves New Mexican style food. It's the Purple Burro in Edmond, but I don't recall seeing carne adovada on the menu the one time we went. It wasn't what I had in mind when I thought about New Mexican food. Its close to our house, but we won't go back.

Never heard of it before and had to Google it, is this accurate?

It means, in the literal sense, to marinate and in the state of New Mexico, this means marinating pieces of pork overnight and then cooking the meat right in the sauce.

One site mentioned in California they use beef and it is called chili con carne?
