I wonder how the space compares, and if they can afford it. Hobby stores run on pretty narrow margins, even for retail and they already have three of the store fronts in the shopping center they're in.

I'll ask them next time I'm over there.

thanks NoOkie, my wife manages the family dollar in that shopping center, a customer told her that a week or so ago, she told me about what the customer told her when i mentioned the old hollywood building was being fixed up. I asked her to ask one of the Game HQ workers next time they come into her store if its true or not. if you find out first let us know.
