Downtown Housing Study

After reading the most recent downtown OKC housing strategy brochure they stated as of July 2011 there were 7 new housing projects proposed or under construction. I only know of Level, Maywood Apartments, SoSa, and The Edge, so what other 3 am I missing? Unless they classify hotels as housing then you add Aloft and Hilton Garden...

Even if they do classify hotels as housing that's still one more housing project that is unknown to the public unless I'm missing one.
