Wings to Go (closed)

Went by my favorite Pho place in MWC (Pho My) and noticed the Wings To Go next door was closed and had a great big orange sticker on the door....

When this restaurant first opened it was great. I loved their hot wings, but the last 2 times we ate there the wings weren't thoroughly cooked and there's nothing nastier than undercooked chicken. We stopped going there. Guess the poor quality finally affected their bottom line.

An acquaintance who frequented this site told me that the place changed hands recently. I wonder if the new owners were aware of the tax problems they might have inherited??
