Posted to their site that they are ceasing operations immediately.

Really too bad. I knew several families that participated in an effort to avoid food stamps and gov't assistance. I also knew others that participated simply because it was a good price on decent to really good food.

That is extremely sad and unthoughtful. There are always a way to go around hardships. It looks like they failed to rely on the media assistance to get the words out that they greatly need donations and assistance to provide for needy families. Now we will see many children hungry and potentially dying from starvation.
