Took this pic this morning. This family has no utilities and hopped the fence at a South OKC elementary school to fill soda bottles with water from an unsecured faucet. I spoke to them briefly, but have no idea as to how they got into their current situation. Just a sad reality. Their little girl was sweating profusely.
