NW Expressay construction

There seems to be at least 3 different projects going on on NW expwy. I know the one at wilshire is an OnCue what about where Charcoal Oven was....I have read the rumors just wondering if anyone knew what it was for sure. What about where Pioneer Pies was? what is going in there?
