OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Two proposed state bond issues totaling $75 million have been approved by a Senate panel, although a key budget negotiator in the House says they're unlikely to be considered this year.
State Sen. Clark Jolley introduced two bills on Monday in a Senate appropriations committee.
