    Default Old Fat Sandwich Space

Does anyone know what is going into the old Fat Sandwich space on the east side of the street on Asp on Campus Corner? There is some pretty substantial work being done on it right now...

That place went under? Bummer. Any place that puts french fries on a sandwich has my business.

no surprise that they failed, imo. i went on three separate occasions and got nothing from them. one time, their card machine was broken and they acted as if they took my order but didn't. another time their kitchen was closed because the air conditioner was out. the third time, they didn't have the item i was trying to order.

Pickleman's Restaurant out of Columbia, MO will be opening in this location. Talked to a construction worker when I walked by there today. They have a bunch of locations in MO and 1 in Nebraska. I don't really know much about it but always nice to get new business.

My brother goes to school at Missoouri so went to the one in columbia after the football game this year. I had an italian sandwich and he had a pizza that wasn't with marinara. I think the asiago. Sandwich was great, pizza was unbelievable. Pretty pumped that this place is making it down to norman.
