I see that plaza will have a Hastings. That will be a nice add for Moore.

Why is Hasrings a good add? That business model is going Internet based and won't last much longer.

Where it says "multi-family/residential" north of Phase 2 of Royal Rock Plaza, do you think that means standard cookie-cutter apartments, or could there possibly be a somewhat urban design to these? Either way, it's great that there is actually multi-family housing being proposed next to a new shopping center in the 'burbs.

I think it's a good add simply due to the fact that there are no book or entertainment stores in the Moore area. The Hastings in Norman seems to do pretty well even in this day and age.

I noticed today they where digging up land behind that chicken express place.. Its amazing all the stuff currently being built off 19th street going west.. there is a lot of metal frames and walls gioing up..
