OKC Progress Report
I'm posting this thread to update everyone on new business locations.
First up is the intersection of Northwest Expressway and Macarthur.
Starbucks has purchased the former Big-O Tire store. They are currently in the process of renovating the the old tire store. By the looks of things it should be open for business by this summer.
I know your asking yourself "Isn't there one at NW Expressway and Rockwell another inside Target at the same intersection?" Well apparently those two stores are the top performing Starbucks in the area and they want to expand.
Second the former K-Mart at 240 and Shields is going to become a Burlington Coat Factory. Two banners stating coming soon Burlington Coat Factory are now on the old K-Mart building. Hopefully a major remodel will take place before Burlington moves in.
That only leaves two big boxes left empty on the 240 corridor. The old homeland/Price Mart at 240 and Penn. The former payless cashways at 240 and Sooner.
Lastly another asian style buffet is coming to the S. 19th and I-35 area in Moore. I can't remember the name right off hand but, I will post in just as soon as I find out.
