Delay time with posts

Why aren't my posts showing up, even 12 hours after I've submitted them? According to the welcome email, my posts would require mod approval and be posted no more than 2 hours after they were submitted; it also said this would be the case for only my first 5 posts, and I've passed that mark.

I'm having the same problem even though i only have four posts I have another four pending, some for a week

I have also authored a post, which is still awaiting approval.

Not only has my last post not shown up none of the other ones I've made seem to be there anymore at all. What gives?
