I have not had that specific bubble tea but I am aware that the Super Cao Nguyen Market sells all the materials for preparing Boba teas. They are most helpful and may be able to tell you what brand they use. at Pho Cuong.

I've been to Super Cao Nguyen and found the tapioca pearls and straws, but there were way to many teas to choose from. Also, I did not know whether they used powered flavorings or torani flavoring syrups...

wow! No wonder this place gets more and more hostile every day when people who try to help are treated in such a way...

Have you tried asking the employees at Pho Cuong?

Most likely she did not understand you...most Orientals are usually willing to share recipes...and are happy that you appreciate it--at least, in my experience. Nodding and grinning is the universal response of not knowing what you are saying...living in San Francisco taught me this...many times...
