Now that that one is solved, what is the business at 9th and Broadway with the covered window that says "Nothing to see here... or is there." They have a facebook (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Oklaho...027?ref=search) and official site (http://oristhere.com/) that has a bunch of teasers. I asked what this was in another thread and no one knew. So, what is it?

Back in 1974, KOCO ran a HUGE teaser campaign for Jerry Park, the then new and young sportscaster that was coming to channel 5. They had people thinking there was a new amusement park or something coming. Large ads, small ads. They all said, "What Is Jerry Park?" He made quite an entry splash into this market.

They should've said... "Who is Jerry Park?"

Don't click on six when your boss is having a meeting in the next room!

That would have ruined it. The "who" would have given it away that it was a person.
