Has anyone here had exerience with either of these companies? They are both local, polite and will meet the HOA requirements. Any thoughts or preferences?

So much for using local companies. It appears no one has ever used them, or if they had they had no comments.

I'm leaning towards Robbins doing my roof and guttering. They have been nice to deal with so far and have a good rating through Angie's list.

We have signed a contract with Red River because our State Farm people recommended them. The work hasn't started yet so I can't make any comments, but I am interested if someone has any complaints against them.
