Thread: Old Pep Boys on Reno/Air Depot

Default Old Pep Boys on Reno/Air Depot

I always glance at land sales and transactions in Saturday paper and saw notices today that were interesting.

In real estate transactions, Stough Development paid $800,000 to Pep Boys for 6700 E. Reno for a "hotel-medical property".

On the next page, under land sales, it said Warhorse LLC paid $800,000 to Pep Boys for same address. I'm asuming this is same transaction, but maybe separate for building and land?

Anyone heard anything about this? What in the world would a hotel-medical property do? Seems to be a strange combination.

My guess is either a hospice or long term care center for seniors.

I thought that also - it just seemed that the use of word "hotel" was odd.

Possibly for a short term in-patient rehab center?
    Just a guess

Or they put in some generic something and will do something different. it's not a very large parcel for that kind of facility...
