Thread: Moving to Bricktown for Work; Looking for Apartment

Default Moving to Bricktown for Work; Looking for Apartment

I am moving to Oklahoma City and will be working in Bricktown. Does anyone have any suggestions with regard to apartments within walking distance. I am single and have no pets.

I am dreaming of a studio in Mid-Town or Bricktown with a view. More than likely I will settle for a one bedroom in a complex though.

If anyone has any suggestions I would love to read them.

    Thanks,

the only ones that come to mind are the ones that are right off of I-235 on the western, just a bit north of Sheridan.

There are also some older ones that are walking distance of the OKC Memorial, in fact, just to the northwest of it. Some white high-rise apartment complex,

Im sure I described it enough to where someone here knows the exact two different properties Im referring to.

well, there are two different properties that come to my mind that are within close proximity of bricktown are downtown.

the first one is a newer one, i think its located in either deep deuce or automobile alley, in fact, its built up right against I-235 on the western side of that freeway just a bit north of I-40.

the other complex is a white highrise thats been around for about 20 yrs or longer, its located within walking distance of the OKC Memorial,..in fact its just due northwest of it.

Sorry, I dont know the exact names of either property, but ive described them enough that perhaps someone else here can identify the two places im talking about.

There is a good Google Map of projects and buildings in the Metro. Several nice developments are in the area and you may find what you are looking for on the map.

    - Sycamore Square
    - Legacy at Arts Quarter
    - The Frances buildings (MidTown)
    - Scattered smaller apartments in Deep Deuce (check w/ folks at Sage - they had one available a few weeks ago)

I'm moving into the Francis building in June - it's a very cool downtown neighborhood and they are still leasing. Here's the site for the midtown renaissance properties :
