    With Taxes Gone, Will Death Be At A Premium?

    Article in health care category caught my attention.

    No estate tax so far in 2010.

    Oddly enough, I am finding no lines of throngs who were patiently waiting for the new year to say adios.

    Unless things changed, 2010 is definitely the year to die. My understanding is that unless Congress extends the repeal of estate tax laws instituted the schedule shows the federal estate tax will return on January 1, 2011, and with only a $1,000,000 exemption.
