I saw a billboard in Tulsa yesterday advertising WE.TV, a women's entertaiment network. I assume it 's along the same line as Oxygen. Has anyone heard of it or if it's coming to OKC?

WE is Women's Entertainment Television, and I actually have it on DirecTV. I don't know what's on it most of the time, but I do know that I regularly watch reruns of Two Guys and a Girl on the channel.

I don't believe Cox carries it...
