On the subject, do the laws refer to for-profit locations or any gathering with x number of people drinking past 2am?
And yes, planning ahead. I've just never understood the stop drinking at x time laws, anywhere. If the business enforced it so staff could be home at a certain time, I could see but otherwise...bs
no laws about drinking in private residences. yet.
there are a few places that work around the laws around town from what i have heard. I couldn't direct you to one though
