New B & B movie theatre in Bethany

First post here. Just curious if anyone had heard about the new B & B movie theatre going in at 4623 A NW 23Rd Street. What company used to operate it & is it a nice building? Thank you in advance!

It was originally a TG&Y store, converted to a theater in the early 90's.
