Anyone know the poop on why Santa Fe steakhouses on Meridian and I-240 & Penn closed ?

Company closed several after a bankruptcy filing earlier in year (July I think is what I read)
Norman's is gone as well, though I dinna know it until I read it here. Wasn't a fav of mine.
