I've noticed that my dog is losing whiskers. Is this normal?

I've noticed that my dog is losing whiskers. Is this normal?

Have you notice any shaving cream near your dog's bed?

Is he losing hair anywhere else? How old is he? Is he eating/drinking normally?

Once in awhile, we find a cat whisker. They shed them once in awhile, but not all at once.

Maybe he's just getting older and is experiencing dog-pattern baldness?
