Thread: Legal Question

  1. #1

    Default Legal Question

I didn't know exactly where this question would fit in, so I decided to try it out here.

I am looking for a legal term/procedure...it is where a "party" can submit written questions to another party or potential witness in a lawsuit.

    What is that term/procedure called?

I am pretty sure it is NOT an "affidavit" or "deposition."

    Thank You

I believe that would be interrogatories.
