Nichols Hills Apartment

One day I went to Starbucks that is in Nichols hills. I was by myself. I enjoyed the time over there and I liked the area. I was thinks why I don't live here. After that, I've started looking for apartment in Nichols Hills 73116, but I couldn't find a nice apartment. I found an apartments complex but it is really bad. Do you know any ,, plz let me know!

Yep, not too many nice apartments in the area. You're better off just renting a house in Nichols Hills or maybe and condo/duplex in the area. If you search around, you can easily find a 3 bedroom house for only $1000/month which isnt much more than the small apartments downtown.

There are also some duplexes and individually owned condos in the area right around Nichols Hills Plaza, there are some on Avondale that I know of. You might have to just drive around the area and see if any signs pop up or involve a realtor as they might be listed through one.
