What happened to the Downtowner?

I used to go to a bar on 1st Street called the Downtowner. Does anyone know what happened to the bar or its owners? Thank you.

The City of Edmond bought it to make more parking for the City Street department . I don't know where the old owner is .

Went there a few times about ten years ago. I believe someone bought the property and demolished the building.

The owner's name was Charlie, but I can't remember his last name. He had a daughter and son-in-law name Tony and Lynn. I was hoping to get back in touch with them during a visit to OKC.
