Can anyone recommend a good electrician?

I need to change some plugs for air conditioning. Can anyone recommend someone who knows what they are doing and won't rip me off?

There is an electrician named Beau Standerfer....he is AWESOME. Very reliable and very reasonable and does great work. I was referred to him from a friend of his wife. He is a good ol' small town guy..has tons of experience, his dad and grandpa have an electrical company in SW Oklahoma. His number is 405-401-2207 and he lives in NW OKC.

Will try contacting some of the referrals on here. Do electricians charge on a per hour basis or does it depend on the job? I need to install a new spotlight in the backyard and possibly some new kitchen lighting in the future.
