What's the latest on the proposed new library at 122nd and MacArthur?

I read here some time back that a new branch of the MLS would be placed at or about the aforementioned intersection. How is this coming along; does anyone know?

Last I heard groundbreaking is over this summer with opening late next year. The are going for LEED certification on the building as well. As far as I know, everything is on schedule, but MLS has several building and remodeling projects going on right now, so something may have changed with NW that I am not aware of. I do know that the Ralph Ellison library, which has been closed for remodeling, re-opens in August and the new mls Service center is due to open in Sept-October.
