I saw it yesterday - watched it about 3 times. Cried like a baby. Not only is Les Miz one of my favorite musicals, but she just nailed the song. It was really amazing watching the judges', and audience's faces when those notes came out of her mouth.

I hope she does well.

I love the Britts. You don't have to be a beauty queen to be acknowledged as amazing. We've become so appearance minded that we frequently tend to overlook stunning individuals whose talent is utterly angelic. Isn't it marvelous that a matronly 47 year old woman is wandering around in her village with that kind of gift? It is easy to overlook people, including kids, who aren't flashy but they are gifted with talent, humor, intellect, kindness etc. Like the one lady said, I feel privileged to have listened to her. Thanks for posting that.

Thanks for sharing this Karried, I caught just the last few seconds of a story on NBC about this yesterday. WOW. She not only nailed the song, but the song was the perfect song for her to sing. BRAVO. Very inspirational.
