I believe this place is one of the best restaurants in all of OKC. And not just in the Mediteranean niche.

This restaurant is in the Quail Springs Plaza on May and Hefner right next to the Laserquest place.

The owner is from Syria and she makes everything fresh. She makes her taboulie several times a day to keep it fresh. And uses the highest quality in food and ingredients.

I highly recomend this place. From the Babaganouch, to the Hashwa to the unbelievable Beef Shawerma Sandwiches this place is really good.

How's their hummus?

I regularly patronize the Olive Branch downtown.....how does it compare with that?

Hopefully better. Olive Branch's hummus is okay, but nothing better than what I can get at wal-mart.

there Hummus is the best I've ever had and one of the best parts of this restaurant is they make there pita bread every day. The hummus comes with fresh hot pita bread with every serving.
