Future team names

If we had the following leagues in the city, what would you name them?

NHL, NFL, NBA, AFL (coming back in the future), MLB, MLS.

NHL: Keep Oklahoma City Blazers
NFL: Oklahoma Centennial
NBA, AFL, MLB, MLS. I am still thinking about those.

MLB: Oklahoma City Lab Coats
NBA: Oklahoma City Space Tourists
NHL: yeah, keep the Oklahoma City Blazers

Yeah, me to! I'll have to think more seriously about this! I definitely agree that we should keep the OKC Blazers for NHL. I suppose for MLB the OKC Redhawks would be okay to keep as well! I guess now we just need to come up with names for an AFL/NFL and NBA team. I suppose we could always go with Brad Lund's original name for our AF2 team.....Bullfrogs!!! Just kidding!

I wouldn't mind looking into our naturescape for team mascot ideas! We just need to stay away from Hick names like Wranglers, Cowboys, or Indians! Bison, Buffalos, Coons, Prairie........hmmmm...what about Catfish! Don't really like the name but it would make for an interesting mascot! Lakers would fit, although LA already has that name! If Express Sports owned the team, you could call them the Oklahoma City Express!!! Not sure what te mascot would be though!
