The Dow Jones Average hit a three year high in 2004 and is still climbing. I think the way it is going, it could top 11,800 this year. I think that is realistic based on past perfromance.
Any opinions?

In a recession, the Dow and other markets will continue to climb. I expect this year to be another record setting year. This should continue until the recession, national debt start to change. I might not be on Wall Street now but still watch the market! Bull or Bear market, still fun to watch from the Doe market (OK hunting pun) . I am also happy to see the Wall Street Journal around town.
I can envision maybe 12,000 on the Dow industrials, perhaps 2500 on the NASDAQ.
a new high is on my mind
