    Default best Indian food?

    Any recommendations? Any to avoid?

In OKC, I really like Khazana. They have a really nice buffet with fresh and delicious food. Everyone is also very friendly. The link has a review section and discusses other metro India food restaurants, not everyone shares my opinion (but I'm still right).

Not really impressed with Taj on NW Expressway, I do like their Naan though. I really liked Namaste in Edmond but it closed. I hear Gopurum is not bad and probably the best still around.

Misal in Norman is fantastic. Great lunch buffet if you can get there on a weekday.

Does Khazana have their own website ? We haven't eaten Indian food since moving to Okc and hope to change that soon. Still working on the teenage son that isn't so sure he wants to even try Indian food.

I don't think that they have a website.
It's actually the only Indian place that I've tried in OKC & I liked it. I've heard good & bad about Gopuram.

i've been to both taj and khazana and think that khazana is the better of the two... not that taj is bad. both of them have buffets, which helps out if you don't know what you want to try.

Gopurum is pretty good (just so far away from me). Namasté in Edmond was very good, but they closed down. My guess is they put way to much money in it to start. At first they only had about 5 tables, but they put a ton of money in it to look good.

Also, there is a pretty good place at 122nd and Penn (next to that mexican place and big eds).

All of my Indian friends like Gopuram, but I also like KhaZana.

There's an Indian place called (if I recall correctly) Ashante on Penn & 122nd in the same center as Wingstop and they're alright, though I've only had their lunch buffet. Make some pretty good Tandoori Chicken.
