New development at SW 2nd and Walker

Okay, I've noticed this older historic building been renovated over the last few weeks. It's on Walker, just north of I-40. It's about a half block right after you get off I-40 if you're going northbound on Walker. Here is a pic. Anyone know what is going in here?

As in Grant's company, not Kirk's.

jbrown, Yes, although I couldn't tell if the showroom portion was ready yet. I did look in the windows and it appeared to be office space, so that makes sense this is Grant's new digs for all his residential/mixed use projects.
