    Talking Forclosed Homes in Yukon

Does anyone know where I can get info on homes that have been forclosed in Yukon? I have been looking on the internet but all the sites charge $$ to see the info and I don't really want to give out my credit card info. We are newly married and have a son so can only afford homes in the $80,000 to $85,000 price range. I was told that I could get a really good deal on a forclosed home if I was able to put a little money into it to fix it up! Can anyone help me? It would be much appreciated!!

Why would somebody need a real estate agent to buy a forclosed home?

Because it's Free as a Buyer to use a Realtor and they can help with the contract, inspections, closings, the HUD process and they may know of properties that aren't publicly listed or For Sale yet.

If the Seller will pay the fees, I see no reason not to use a Realtor.

It's not free as a buyer to use a realtor. It's factored in to the cost of the house.

FSBO homes are substantially cheaper than ones listed with a realtor.

I guess it just irks me to see an entire profession of people that by and large aren't needed...Yet they've set up a system that stacks the deck against the common person and perpetuates their own existence.
