By OKCBusiness Staff - 5/15/2008
Grant Humphreys ceremoniously cut the ribbon today, kicking off a block party at his Block 42 development. With 32 units occupied, the residents and other guests celebrated with the developer.
Nestled just west of Interstate 235, Block 42 offers residents a five-minute walk from either the Presbyterian Health Foundation Research Park and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center or downtown shopping.
Prices range from $206,000 to $640,000 for the 42-unit town home and flat project. Units range in size from a 948-square-foot, one-story flat to a 2,884-square-foot, three-story town home. Each unit has two reserved parking spaces that are either covered carports or traditional garages.
