I've been using Zamzar a free online file conversion site - works for me...

I think the use agreement prohibits that. However, I understand it can be done.
It requires special tools.

If you're using Firefox as a browser, there are several extensions you can download from Mozilla that will make that as easy as right clicking.
But like ^^ he said...I'm not sure of it's legality.

I didn't know it was against their "TOS". I assumed since it's all user uploaded, it would be free, unlike Napster, etc. which was pirated stuff.
If you watch the YouTube video using Internet Explorer it's already on your drive in Temporary Internet Files. Look for the large file with the extension .flv.
