Although it would likely be easier and more sensible just to use the "paper version" of ODOT's 2007 Highway map, I've nonetheless scanned it and it is available on-line in this blog post: Doug Dawgz Blog: Oklahoma Highways . It breaks the state into regions (Panhandle, Northwest, Southwest, Central, Northeast, Southeast, Okc Metro, Tulsa Metro, and the Tulsa & Okc city maps), and contains the Turnpike and smaller city maps, as well.
I've also made a Winzip self-executing file containing everything for any that want to download it to their computers, located in the same article.
The related files include 3 sizes of the highway, Oklahoma City, & Tulsa components, one size for the Turnpike Maps, and one size for the "smaller city" maps present in the printed version (Lawton, Muskogee, Enid & Stillwater). All of the files are linked together and are initially accessed through this graphic (the pic below doesn't DO anything here, it is just for show):
Some exemplar images can be seen by clicking the links below:

Within the html pages, you can "jump around" to wherever you want ... the image below, shrunk in size from the "real" page, gives the idea ...
Enjoy ... or just be sensible and use the paper version of the map, instead!
